The non-vintage Mirabelle Brut Rosé combines the bright, vibrant fruit of the 2003 vintage with the toasty richness of barrel-aged wines of vintages past. With a shade brighter pink color than our vintage Rosé, this youthful wine features fresh raspberry and watermelon fragrances filled with hints of white cherries and freshly baked bread. On the palate, there are lively strawberry and guava flavors with balanced acidity. This is a young and refreshing wine to enjoy on just about any occasion.
Suggested Food Pairings: Stylistically, the wine’s fresh, elegant and toasty aromas lead into lively and delicious fruit flavors on the palate. It pairs well with everything from classic Hawaiian pizza and burgers to simple pastas, grilled fish and light appetizers.

One Puff! 90pts. SCHRAMSBERG Mirabelle Brut Rose North Coast - $27
52% Chardonnay 48% Pinot Noir. In all ways a true Rose, this weighty, salmon-hued effort balances fairly deep fruit with lots of very evident yeast. It is very dry, enlivened by an impressive stream of tiny bubbles and well balanced from front to back, and its relatively refined edge of firm finishing tannin is perfectly buffered by lingering fruit.
Wine Spectator
A rosé with serious intentions, this has a delicate pink hue and floral strawberry and spicy yeast roll aromas. The flavors show good focus, offering raspberry, Gala apple, ginger and fig flavors. Drink now through 2012.
