2007 Grigsby Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is a deliciously rich, fruit-focused wine that demonstrates the exceptional balance and seamlessness of this special vintage. e final blend is 98% Cabernet Sauvignon, with 2% Petit Verdot blended in for additional aromatic and textural complexity. e overall impression is one of flamboyant, ripe, lush fruit and soft, caressing tannins. On the nose, the wine exhibits thick, rich aromas of blackberry, raspberry coulis and black cherry, with subtle hints of creamy vanilla. e approach is packed with sweet fruit, leading to an exceptionally rich mid-palate and finishing with the soft, silky tannins which are the hallmark of all of our Rocca Family Vineyard wines. is classic, 100% estate-grown Napa Cabernet displays great concentration and harmony, with sumptuous juicy fruit and a touch of creamy oak spiciness on the long, full finish.

Screw Cap
Wines sealed with a screw cap as opposed to a cork, which experts report protects and preserves wine more effectively than does a cork, while also eliminating the possibility of cork taint.
No Sulfites
All wines naturally contain some sulfites, however wines that contain less than 10 parts per million sulfites are not required to include "Contains Sulfites" on their labels.
